Office Scents

This policy addresses any strong odors or scents that may be introduced to the office.

If you are going to “scent” your office or workspace with something, it needs to be confined to your work space only.  Incense and/or strong scented candles that give off an extremely strong scent that travels building wide, even when it is just burned for a minute or two, are prohibited for the comfort of all members of our office staff.  It is not fair to subject everyone else to your strong scents.

E Cigs are permitted only within an enclosed personal office environment and must not be detected from, or encroach upon common areas.
