Checking the WIFI dongle connection – K5 WIFI
If your light is experiencing connectivity issues, you will first want to check the WIFI dongle.
This is located on the top of your light and is a small plastic square with a USB plug coming off of it.
Sometimes if it is not securely in place it can cause connectivity issues. We suggest turning off your unit, removing the WIFI dongle and waiting 15 seconds, then reinsert the dongle securely wiggling it in to place. Power on the light.
This should solve connectivity issues. If this solution has not corrected the issue, please contact us right away as your light may need to come in for repair or replacement.
