Black squares on my light display screen – K5 WIFI

Unfortunately it sounds like your light’s SD card may have gotten jostled in shipping or shorted from power and is not firing to the startup screen.

We know this is frustrating and we will do all that we can to get this fixed so we can get you up and growing.

We can send you a replacement SD card if you would like to try opening the unit and replace it yourself.  We will send instructional videos to assist.

Or, if you prefer, we can have you send us the light so we may repair it for you.  If you would like to send it back, please create a case below to complete the RMA form and we can get you a return label and RMA number as soon as possible.
