Router Wont Connect – K5 WIFI
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your router to your WIFI enabled light. There are a few things we can try to troubleshoot the light fixture.
First, power off the light. Remove the WIFI Dongle from the top of the light. Wait 5 seconds before reinserting the dongle firmly. Once in place, power up the light.
Sometimes, just a more firm connection is needed. If not we suggest getting a dedicated router for your light as some internet providers can create firewalls that block the WIFI enabled unit from being able to connect to the router.
