Broken or missing pull tab on a zipper
We are sorry to hear that you have a missing or broken pull tab for your grow tent zipper. We would love to get you growing as soon as possible.

- Please fill out the form as accurately as possible
- Include your original order number
- Enter a brief description of the problem, including the location of the zipper in question
- Enter all pertinent contact information, including your preferred shipping address
Once we have your information we will review the warranty status of your tent. If you tent is within warranty we will send out a replacement pull tab. If your tent is outside of the warranty period, we will contact you. Pull tabs can be purchased for $3 USD plus shipping.
