Alternative Contact Request for Freight Delivery
Grow Strong Industries requires an appointment for all residential freight deliveries. On occasion, the phone number on the BOL is incorrect leading to the shipment being undeliverable. In these cases, the freight carrier will contact GSI for all alternative contact. In order to obtain an alternate contact, complete the following steps:
1. Call the number on the BOL to ensure the number is incorrect. The customer may not be answering the phone because it is an unknown number.
2. If you are unable to get ahold of the customer, locate their email address and request an alternative contact via email. Be sure to include the BOL # and freight carriers contact information.

3. If there is still no response, contact the SuperCloset team to help follow-up. Continue to regularly follow-up with the customer to ensure timely delivery and to avoid any storage fees with the freight carrier. After multiple attempts have failed, RTS the shipment as it may be a fraudulent order.
