Amazon and Third-Party Marketplace Policy

GSI prohibits the sale of any GSI product listed by a third-party retailer on the Amazon Marketplace and all online marketplaces that share the Amazon Marketplace model.  This includes, but is not limited to sites like Walmart.com, Ebay.com, Overstock.com etc.  This serves to enforce fair pricing within the reseller network and protect margins for online and brick and mortar retailers.  Failure to comply may result in the revocation of authorized reseller status.

Upon first notice, the Reseller will be asked to remove all listings in third-party marketplaces right away.  Failure to remove listings will initiate a hold on all orders being placed by the Reseller until listings have been removed.
