Return to Sender – UPS

Returns are requested via customer service. Anytime something is returned to the warehouse, enter relevant information into the Return to Sender-Google Sheet for ease of reference when the package arrives.

To Return to Sender (RTS), complete the following steps:

  1. Login into UPS.com.
  2. Enter the tracking number into the search bar.
  3. From the tracking page, select Change My Delivery. 
  4. Select “Return to Sender”.
  5. Select Next.
  6. From the drop-down, select the Reason for Return.
  7. Select Submit.
  8. Enter a note in NetSuite.

The package will now be rerouted back to the warehouse. Once an RTS has been submitted, it cannot be updated again.
